Bitches Kneel

Memorial Day is a day to memorialize and honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our nation and for mankind. Be it the 600,000-plus that died in the Civil War, the 405,000 that died fighting WW2 to liberate Europe and the Pacific, the 116,000 that died liberating Europe in WW1, or the hundreds of thousands who died in Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East as well as elsewhere.

America has answered the call for over 100 years to free others from hegemony, from dictatorships, from Fascism, Nazism, Communism, Islamic Fundamentalism, and all the other toxic "-isms" man has invented to the detriment of mankind...

Our foundation as a nation was based on the Judeo-Christian belief in the God-given rights of man, 600,000 of us died insuring it would be seen through. Our National Anthem is a first-hand account of the battle in Baltimore during the War of 1812 (2,260 dead Americans). It is the anthem of the land of the free and the home of the brave.

That is why we stand for the National Anthem. For the brave who fell so we could stand, for those buried here in Arlington and on the northern coast of France and around the world.
